Jimmy is a USCG Captain with a lifetime of fishing experience and over 35 of those years in Vermont and its lakes, rivers, and ponds. He has worked with the State of Vermont as a Let’s Go Fishing Instructor, the VT. Fish and Wildlife Service, the VT Principals Association, local schools, community programs and Lake Champlain International in introducing new anglers and kids to bass fishing. Jimmy is also a successful tournament angler and has competed in both the Bassmaster Northern and Southern Opens, the MLF Toyota Series as well as many regional and local tournaments. Jimmy works closely with his sponsors including Skeeter Boats, Shimano, G. Loomis, among others. The boat is a 2026 Skeeter ZXE 21. You will be fishing with Shimano and G.Loomis rods and reels exclusively and using the latest tackle and techniques from brands like, Shimano, Beast Coast, XZone Lures, Rapala, Berkley, VMC and others.

While it’s all about catching fish, learning about the fisheries, telling stories, and having fun, Jimmy is also a chef and caterer, and you can expect some tasty and creative lunches and snacks.

In addition to the incredible fishing, we also offer scenic sunrise or sunset boat rides, shore lunches for small or large groups or just fun trips learning a little more about Lake Champlain.

We also partner with affiliated Captains and can offer group fishing trips for larger parties.
